This was another advertising design project in which students were assigned a completely random item for which they would create various advertisements. My item was this Prismacolor Magic Rub eraser.
Because I often discover new art supplies via Instagram, I thought it would be neat to create some Instagram "sponsored" posts advertising the eraser. Now, it's an eraser, so I had to make it interesting. I brainstormed some clever slogans and paired those with three distinct visuals, meant to pop out at the viewer and pique interest. I made sure to include a regular post format, and a "story" format.
These are the results! Who knew creating advertising for an eraser could be so much fun?
